Ratings and reviews

The scan quality most of the time is not usable. I have to take pictures of the pages through phone camera first and import, which takes much more time, and of course not convenient. After we received phone scanned (through Taxdome) docs, we have to request them to bring in or take pictures. Not good. What may help is allowing zoom in and manually scan. Very limited functionality compared to website, even linked contact cannot be clicked on, no phone.

Typical platform is great but app is unusable. Crashes if you try to open anything or search anything after logging in. Edit: days later they updated and fix the app. No more issues. I look forward to when they add pipelines and other management aspects to the app thats available on desktop.

So far so good, switched CRM/Client Portal to Tax Dome January 2026. The app has saved me alot of time uploading client docs directly to clients account on TD. Seeing/creating tasks, Inbox, team/client chats and responding to chats, client list, etc. make this a very useful and productive app.

Improved Kiosk Mode: refresh the task screen even when everything is complete, smoother document signing, and cleaner task lists. Fixed unexpected logouts, SMS backup setup for 2FA, and document search issues.
