Ratings and reviews

The scan quality most of the time is not usable. I have to take pictures of the pages through phone camera first and import, which takes much more time, and of course not convenient. After we received phone scanned (through Taxdome) docs, we have to request them to bring in or take pictures. Not good. What may help is allowing zoom in and manually scan.

The login features of security codes and fingerprints don't happen when you go back to the app

Typical platform is great but app is unusable. Crashes if you try to open anything or search anything after logging in. Edit: days later they updated and fix the app. No more issues. I look forward to when they add pipelines and other management aspects to the app thats available on desktop.
