lamentablemente son unas ratas, NO CONTRATEN EL SERVICIO DE AÑOS ANTERIORES específicamente, ya que si lo hacen, corren el riesgo de quedarse estancados en el proceso una vez ya pagado este servicio, y que en servicio al cliente no se los sepan solucionar, dicen que no les sale el pago, pero yo ya pagué y tengo recibo y todo, se los demuestro y solo me dicen que no les sale
