Was able to quickly call a cab in an area where ride-sharing doesn't cover, but the rest of the experience was awful. The destination and pick-up info was reversed and my requirement for payment type got lost. In an already stressful situation, the extra trouble hardly helped. Recommend if you're in a tough spot, but use other methods if you have options.

App works fairly well. My only complaint is that it doesn't appear to have the option of adding multiple stops. I needed to swing by one location for a quick second and then continue on to another. I attempted to add the additional stop but couldn't find the option. When I asked the driver how I could continue with my ride he said I'd have to rebook, as he already had a rider in queue. No problem except when booking another trip my new driver was 19 minutes away. But overall a nice app.

I booked a cab through them in advance, scheduled the night before to be efficient. The thing was approved and I received confirmation. At the time of pick up there was no cab. The booking was cancelled in TaxiCaller and when I called the cab company directly, they never even received my booking. I am now over an hour behind, and this has cost me hundreds of dollars. Don't waste your time with this app.
