don't know what happened but here the last couple of months the app has been almost unusable if I hadn't already had the addresses that I needed saved trying to enter them would be impossible the app refuses to allow me to type in an address or anything that involves the keyboard automatically closes the keyboard. and then if you try and set a time time for pickup you're having to fight the clock to do so and about half the time it'll freeze the app entirely just trying to get the correct time

App works fairly well. My only complaint is that it doesn't appear to have the option of adding multiple stops. I needed to swing by one location for a quick second and then continue on to another. I attempted to add the additional stop but couldn't find the option. When I asked the driver how I could continue with my ride he said I'd have to rebook, as he already had a rider in queue. No problem except when booking another trip my new driver was 19 minutes away. But overall a nice app.

Was able to quickly call a cab in an area where ride-sharing doesn't cover, but the rest of the experience was awful. The destination and pick-up info was reversed and my requirement for payment type got lost. In an already stressful situation, the extra trouble hardly helped. Recommend if you're in a tough spot, but use other methods if you have options.
