I have to call every month to the branch to have the password reset for the app. This has happened for several years. Very frustrating that password changes so frequently, never had issue with any other bank. Ever.

It won't let me sign up takes 20 minutes to put birthday in then says unable to process try again later

App worked great till last update now will not work at all. Ok now they say with new update my phone is no longer supported 😒
