I have been using the Teachmint application for a long time (years) for teaching my students. Today, one of my students saw a message appeared asking them to make a payment to access the materials. However, study materials were completely prepared and uploaded by me for my students. We understand that payment options can be applied for premium features such as video class summaries or other advanced services. However, restricting access to teacher-uploaded study material is not fair. Good bye

I have been using the Teachmint app for several years and have always found it to be very useful and effective for teaching. However, after the recent update, I noticed that while recordings remain free for teachers, they appear to be paid for students. Due to this change, I have currently stopped using the app and switched to another platform. I kindly request you to review this update and consider making the recordings accessible to students for free, as it was earlier. This would greatly help

I have been a user of Teachmint since 2020. it was great & free at starting. after that applied annual charges for teachers and I was OK with that. I took a subscription and at that time was no problem. but from this year that said app is free for teachers but each student has to pay monthly. this is not done. Tiosting students to pay is not good. Teacher can pay and take subscription of the app but taking charges from students is not fair. I appeal to withdraw such a system and make good again.
