Ratings and reviews

It would be great if the PC version had all the functionality of the phone version. I would like to be able to access client documents and read through previous events more easily. Large documents are difficult to read on the phone. I am also not able to print, save or download documents for printing from the phone app. The app should integrate across devices. The 'edit' function creates a new note, rather than editing the original note, resulting in multiple notes for the one event.

Deplorable. Failed to add shift notes the last three logins having being a ShiftCare member for over 12 months. Uninstall app, reinstall, re-enter password / change password. Such a hassle after successfully logging in and adding notes only to to be informed that 'notes' failed to upload. Three days! By fluke the past two comprehensive days of notes have somehow uploaded after spending an hour trying to upload after writing notes.

I used to love the app, but have not been receiving notifications for over a month despite having them enabled. I keep missing out on shift invites because I have to rely on email notifications, opening the app, scrolling to the correct date, and accepting the shift. By that point, they've already been snapped up. I've taken it up with my employer, but they are helpless, too. I emailed the support email address weeks ago and have had no response. It's caused me to miss out on many shifts and $$
