I had a issue of thirdy party error 999 while transferring the load to u fone number. After waiting for 7 shity days i was informed that service was not available for postpaid on other network. What a sham. Well pathetic helpline, the operators almost think that they own the calling person. Non serious attitude and moreover they cost you 2 rs per call. There helpline service is like talking to any government clerk badshah with lot of attitude.
i am unable to operate account through the mobile app , aftering entering mobile no and mpin, it gives error that "phone is not confirmed " otherwise my account is working fine on *786#. my phone is dual sim, samsung galaxy c5 and inserted mobilink sim in sim 1 slot... hoping for a positive quick and costructive response .
App features are very good but user interaction in case of issues errors is not good. Looks like some developer kept the error messages just for him or his development team. Only they can understand it. E.g. "phone is not confirmed" . Is this error user friendly? 😂
Good app, but please implement some features which are already present in your competition's app. 1) User should be able to check his account info as well as remaining account transaction limits (Per day, month & year) 2) There should be option to upgrade limits by send CNIC scans to your email address, just like SimSim. 3) The interface can be improved a lot. Currently, it looks very dated. 4) Online session activation of VISA card should be operable from within the App. User should be able to pause/block/enable online card services from app. 5) There should be option to load into mobile account via Credit/debit cards with same account holder's name. It is a nightmare to load account from your retailers even your own jazz cash franchises, as they often refuse to make deposit. That's truly insulting. If these features are implement, your app and services will completely deserve 5 stars.
I'm unable to do any thing with the app. Everytime I get error "authorization is denied for this transaction", although I'm signed in to the app. I can access my account via *786# but not with this outdated and pretty limited application! This app needs a lot of overhauling or to be replaced my a totally new app!
I am unable to transfer funds to my jazzcash account from my account in another bank via their online banking. I keep getting error message saying that my jazzcash account number is invalid whereas it is the same account number (mobile number) to which I made made many transfers in the past from the same another bank's account via their online banking portal. What has got wrong?
