Worst ever app used. Not user friendly. What's the reason to restricting user to insert only jazz SIM in mobile. And even after doing so 6 sms sent via were not detected by app. Why not user should copy paste otp instead of detect and read sms? You want to keep eye on user data sms etc? Really disappointed with this experience. Even support guys couldnot help
App features are very good but user interaction in case of issues errors is not good. Looks like some developer kept the error messages just for him or his development team. Only they can understand it. E.g. "phone is not confirmed" . Is this error user friendly? 😂
i am unable to operate account through the mobile app , aftering entering mobile no and mpin, it gives error that "phone is not confirmed " otherwise my account is working fine on *786#. my phone is dual sim, samsung galaxy c5 and inserted mobilink sim in sim 1 slot... hoping for a positive quick and costructive response .
I'm unable to do any thing with the app. Everytime I get error "authorization is denied for this transaction", although I'm signed in to the app. I can access my account via *786# but not with this outdated and pretty limited application! This app needs a lot of overhauling or to be replaced my a totally new app!
I used this app for mobile load. Every time I used it take minimum 1to 2 hours of while transaction. Why I use this app it waste my time. Kindly make better network system otherwise I'm moving.
The app does not recognize my account in any mobile phone with this error "Authentication failed. The CNIC to be authenticated is inconsistent with the initiator's CNIC.". Neither the developer nor the help center is willing to fix it. Stuck with *786# menu because of this.
