Ratings and reviews

After updating, its latest version looks good but is very very bad. I want previous version. Usually when I want to make transactions, the app goes on loading and loading and error occurs and my money also cut from my jazz cash account and also does not transfer to any bank account. After sometime the money comes back but I am unable to transfer money. It lost a lot of my time. Lots of bugs in the latest version. Kindly solve it!

Pathetic. Terrible app. Do not install. Everyday there's new problems, sometimes the app is down (without any prior notifications or warnings). Now I can't even make a bank transfer. Transferred a big amount but I couldn't get it out because the app wasn't working properly. It takes so long to load too.

Still no valid transaction history after repeated complaints by so many users. It ruins the whole experience of the app and one feels lost within it. A mobile wallet has no use without transaction history available. It's a shame that companies much smaller than Jazz have been able to make much better apps and where one gets complete details about all the transactions made. I haven't even been able to receive an account statement despite repeated attempts during the last couple of months.
