I don't know if it's just issues on my end, but the entire app is unuseable. Every single time I log in, it makes me create a new password and verify through phone #, even though I set it to remember this device. It often gets choppy and laggy, especially when I'm typing in something. When doing transfers, the button to transfer will stay greyed out, and you have to just press it anyway. Horrible even when it somehow even works, takes 5 min to do a simple transfer. Massive downgrade...

Really, pages of teeny weenie font user agreement to click through. Went to the Web and cutnpasted into msword, 33150 words across 62 pages. Really a 62pg click through? Couldn't read it if I wanted to. Scroll bar doesn't work on Motorola edge devices. Scrollbar cannot be picked up and moved. Swiped up 20 or 30 times to click through. Won't do it. This is worse than the last experience. Bring back the old app. Do better.

As created, the app is completely unusable as it requires google play store to be enabled every time the app is opened. While it may be understandable to require play services (most banks do), needing to have access to the play store app is a new one for me. Certainly wont be using the app while it mandates cross application access to the play store app. The much hyped upgrade was thought to have included zelle as its big selling point. As always, techcu disappoints-zelle coming soon. Pointless.
