AutoExpreso Móvil is the official application created to manage your account of the electronic toll collection system on the roads of Puerto Rico, in this application you can:

• View and recharge your available balance
• View your latest transactions
• View your violations and pending transactions
• Pay selected violations
• View existing vehicles related to your AutoExpreso account
• Add and Remove vehicles from your AutoExpreso account
• Join the auto-recharge service and manage the credit card information to use
• View and update your contact information
• Be alerted via mobile notification when your balance is low
• Be alerted via mobile notification when you have insufficient funds

horrible. Have been trying to transfer my tag to new license plate for a long time with no success. When I went to renew my marbete had to pay full tolls and fines because cesco has the new plate info and auto espreso has the old one. Their systems do not cross information it seems and app doesn't allow changes unless you delete old info. When you do delete previous plate info the system doesn't allow you to update tag. Telephone Customer Support number is always temporarily unavailable. USELESS

The auto-recharge system is broken. It's supposed to trigger at $5, but on April 7th, it fired at $9.30. I can't verify whether it's been doing this all along because recharges aren't logged in the transaction history — they briefly appear as pending and then vanish. Nine recharges over 3 months, zero in my history. I had to cross-reference credit card statements to confirm the money was even going into my account. No wonder people think they're being scammed.

This app used to keep an accurate balance reading of my account, however it was very slow to register when I went through a tool booth. Then, Puerto Rico went to a digital "marbete" that included the AutoExpreso. Now the balance reading is always incorrect and misleading. Sometimes it registers, sometimes it doesn't. My recent reading said I had $42.20 in my account, but when I called AutoExpreso, they said I had a negative balance. I paid $100. to cover, but I don't know my actual balance.
