This is a good app. I don't know why people always have something to say. I’ve been using OMT Pay for over a year with no issues. Sending and receiving money via OMT or Western Union is smooth, exchanging USD/LBP is easy, and the OMT Card works perfectly for international payments. Live support is quick and helpful, and the many branches make cash handling super convenient. Honestly, the app deserves a much better rating; it’s way more reliable than people say!

I've tried to identify my profile more then 15 times it didn't work for no reason and when i contacted them they said that i should take a clear photo for my passport which I did each time and after two days it goes back to the beginning without any explanation why

-Card statements are so confusing, not in order and weird balance calculations -delay in app and freezes on loadings -have the option to increase limits for people without companies that are reaching limits - points to money ratio is super low or lower targets for better benefits/ranks
