Worst app ever, where do I even start from? 1. The app keeps on signing me out and I have to login each time ehen I open the app. 2. User interface is old, TedMob THINK they are the best in Lebanon but they are the worst after Creoshift in creating Apps and websites... 3. Worst UX, I can't see where I should pick up my card from. 4. The WORST support, I sent a message via "Contact Us" section from 3 days and yet no replies. Imagine you have a money problems and no one is answering...

Omt visa issue error through app, no one knows how to fix, there should be always a technician who does daily system check up on the app for errors and fix immediately, customers are the one who report the problems and fix takes decades, typical lebanon. I had to call 3 times for an answer that we are looking into it, this is ridiculous, on top of that card needs 8 to 10 days to issue after submission, a long dilemma. Already contacted, but useless, 24 hours and problem persist.

After the last update!! I can't access my OMT visa card again in the application. It totally disappear. I can't transfer money from my wallet to my card again and I it just tell me to register for a card! What happened with you!
