Misleading! First of all, like other people have said, it's a nightmare to fill your information out for a quote because the keypad hides the sections to fill out the form. Secondly why get me to fill out a load of information for a quote on the website only to redirect me to download the app then fill out the exact same information again. Lastly, it feels like a bit of a scam being quoted 88p per hour to then be told the first charge is £25 but permanently hold £10 or above in my account.

When I tried to add the Amazon Flex option, it wasn't available. When I discussed the issue with the agent, they transferred it to another colleague, who then claimed they were too busy to handle it all day. The funny thing is, they abandoned the customer's issue at the end of the day, and then ignored it the next day, with absolutely no intention of following up. I tried to cancel my policy and repurchase it, but the app won't let me...

Extremely bad app! This is the first review I have ever written on the Playstore because the amount if disappointment this app has caused. The support is pathetic. Cant get hold on to the live chat or phone. They does not seem to bother. The app gives an error while initiating for cover. Does not work at all!
