Thought it would be best to leave a review, this company wrongfully took £10 off be ONE DAY before the end of the inactivity period, the app is only able to put you through to chatbots, no humans, they refuse to refund the £10 and now refuse cover despite no change in circumstances, the app does not allow you to reset the sign-up process either using the delete button next to it, it's useless much like Extracover t/a Zego, avoid where possible

Worst insurance app I have ever used. Doesnt support EVs as they require engine size, the application will be rejected because of the car if you enter an engine size of 0. Instead of a form they use a broken chat app that means if you make a mistake you have to go all the way back and redo everything after the mistake and the keyboard blocks the input box so its very easy to make mistakes

Awful sign-up process. Chatbot chops half of its messages off so you have to guess what it's asking, Take a Photo option doesn't work, driving licence entry refuses to let you enter check code.... and that's so far! Diabolical.
