The app is easy to work with. What I don't like about it is that it takes over from existing cover that you have as soon as you connect it to a delivery service like Amazon Flex. Also, if you have a two hour block with AF it won't charge you only for the two hours but from the moment you check into the warehouse for a pick up. It doesn't matter that you have to wait in a queue to collect the packages for 10-15 min. You get changed 2 hours and 10-15 min for 2 hour block.

over priced, once you use the hourly insurance they quote you the same for monthly there sly and ain't no help, been using it and they over charge you for the hours you work I got charge £6 more than I should of paid for the day with evidence and they make excuses and stuff very bad company, had to come back to let you all know be very careful with these I have been getting charged when I ain't done no deliveries there charging people when they turn online, instead of when your delivering

Absolutely terrible app. I dont know who the devs are but they are incompetent. I couldn't cancel a policy as it requires a reason, and the list box wouldn't work. Restarting it fixed it. then couldn't make a new policy as the chat that opens has no text box or buttons. support chat uses useless AI which obviously cant help. no support agents working after 5pm either. Horrendous experience! Shame there are no other PAYG H&R alternatives. Otherwise I'd never use Zego again.
