terrible experience on this app. I had registered to work for Uber eats and also had the Zego app open in order to book my 1st delivery. I accidentally pressed pay icon and the funds were deducted from my account. I have tried to cancel my policy and won't receive a full refund. for anyone looking for insurance read the term and conditions very very carefully

Thought it would be best to leave a review, this company wrongfully took £10 off be ONE DAY before the end of the inactivity period, the app is only able to put you through to chatbots, no humans, they refuse to refund the £10 and now refuse cover despite no change in circumstances, the app does not allow you to reset the sign-up process either using the delete button next to it, it's useless much like Extracover t/a Zego, avoid where possible

I would not recommend this app. The hourly charges do not match my usage. When I compared my total hours with the amount deducted, there was a significant difference. The calculations seem inaccurate, and I was charged more than expected. The app needs improvement in billing accuracy and transparency.
