over priced, once you use the hourly insurance they quote you the same for monthly there sly and ain't no help, been using it and they over charge you for the hours you work I got charge £6 more than I should of paid for the day with evidence and they make excuses and stuff very bad company

one of the worst customer service experiences you can ever have, trust me, when your 30 days pay as you go runs and it doesn't update, forget about getting hold of a human to help.. God help you all

The app is currently unusable. As a returning customer, the app freezes at the same point at the end of the policy application, and it will not allow you to continue. I have a Pixel 8 with the latest software, and I have cleared the cache/storage every time. And it's not just android, I tried my wife's iPhone and the exact same thing happened. Hopefully it's resolved soon
