The app is easy to work with. What I don't like about it is that it takes over from existing cover that you have as soon as you connect it to a delivery service like Amazon Flex. Also, if you have a two hour block with AF it won't charge you only for the two hours but from the moment you check into the warehouse for a pick up. It doesn't matter that you have to wait in a queue to collect the packages for 10-15 min. You get changed 2 hours and 10-15 min for 2 hour block.

Absolutely terrible ap. I dont know who the devs are but they are incompetent. I couldn't cancel a policy as it requires a reason, and the list box wouldn't work. Restarting it fixed it. then couldn't make a new policy as the chat that opens has not text box or buttons. support chat uses useless AI which obviously cant help. no support agents working after 5pm either. Horrendous experience! Shame there are no other PAYG H&R alternatives. Otherwise I'd never use them again.

useless, and the AI assistant is totally lost, I wish I can show you the screenshot of one of the conversations, it hilarious the policy has been made at 2025 and the app telling me it hasn't been started yet!!!! 😂
