Talk to a doctor – Within minutes, a state-licensed doctor reviews your medical history and contacts you via phone or video. TelaCare® visits have no time limit; you can speak to the doctor for as long as you'd like.

Pick up a prescription – The doctor discusses the issue with you, answers questions, and recommends the next steps. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted to a local pharmacy of your choice.

see my previous review... I was not rude to them. I requested support because I told them their website is unintuitive and poorly put together (which it is)...instead of helping, I was told "sorry you don't like it, use the app instead"...and then were rude, dismissive, and condesending much like in their previous response...

This gentleman was actually rude and insulting to our support department. For something he pays nothing for he didn’t like the way the mobile worked. As we cannot make everyone happy disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated. Hopefully one day he learns that kindness to hardworking people will get you further than threats and rudeness.

I tried setting up an account online and it wouldn't let me gives you the option to buy kept telling me user not found after I was trying o make an account it's pointless to find good mental health services these days

We do not permit purchases or app setups without confirmation from an employer group. This review is misleading because it doesn’t reflect your situation. Since you are not a member and cannot be found, it suggests you lack affiliation with an employer group. Please be a member before criticizing it in the future.

Your account was canceled due to a violation of our TOS. We didn't appreciate your racist comments to our staff and will not tolerate them. We do not allow rude behavior to our staff in any way. You also didn't have an account your husband did. Before posting reviews, be honest, not angry when posting, as people can see through your lies.
