The app got significantly better in the last two years. Sadly, their backend infrastructure still has room for improvements.

Well, the service woks almost fine; sometimes it crashes, but, surely it's due connection problems.

Learn from Digitel or simple TV and by the way who still uses Java mi Movistar is like internet explorer also can't pay using international cards or crypto if I could I'll give it -5 stars and not to mention that now is almost mandatory because 811 *144# now are a waste of time, but the worst is when you loose your phone there is not an easy way to report it
