Ratings and reviews

You'd think that in exchange for the location tracking data they require for basic app operability, they would offer more value. This app should have at a minimum the ability to log charge and discharge states, temperature etc. to graph health of the system over time. I'd also assumed I'd be able to set notifications for any type of system event, such as overloads or reaching fully charged or discharged. Having addressed none of these issues they're now pestering me for a 5 star review :(

it doesn't like to connect but I got it. I like panels that are universal. the station was set for slow charge. wasn't until I could finally success connect that I noticed this. so now it charges within an hour. I did notice at one ac outlet that it wasn't . that's the good thing . I dont connect nothing to ac plugs . everything connects to the power station. I feel more protected this way..

There's NO way to control, monitor, nor customize my portable power station from afar. The app used to be good but the app has not worked with my Delta Pro for awhile now. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and the app is up to date. EcoFlow power stations are amazing but the app is basically unusable, and so is the Delta Pro remote..
