The application did install but this is the only successful interaction I had with this product. The verification pin rarely works and when adding my daughter to the account it forced me to log in as her and thus I could no longer see my own information. The website often fails and cancelled multiple appointments as well. This experience is so bad I no longer seek care at this provider for any reason. If your intake process is this bad what else is deficient?

I loved the app PRIOR to the update. No longer avle to view appointments for my soon when logged in with my account. Also lots of unnecessary extra steps to make an appointment. I really liked being able to check vitals in the old app. Have not been able to find it in the new app. Assuming they did away with that function.

App is pretty much a joke. Not sure what the point is. I started my documents online & finished check in. Then I remembered seeing message about how to get app on home page & able to track. I downloaded for that purpose. I had to refill & resubmit same info, but fine, if I can stay home & track. Immediately afterwards it told me I was number 18. I never saw again nor is there a place to go find that. No way to notify I've arrived. the QR code to scan on arrival for those checked in doesn't work.
