Someone needs to fix this app before telling everyone to "download the app, use the app". Terrible app can not schedule or get call now to work. No matter what option I pick it always "we hit a snag" errors of all sorts. It also keeps showing availability for a time but when I clicked on it to make appt it says no time available. When I call in they would tell me they don't see any of the avaliable times the app was showing so what's the point of the app??

Trying to schedule an appointment is hard, the load never goes through and the app is slow and unhelpful. Need to call directly. What's the point of an app if it never works?

The application did install but this is the only successful interaction I had with this product. The verification pin rarely works and when adding my daughter to the account it forced me to log in as her and thus I could no longer see my own information. The website often fails and cancelled multiple appointments as well. This experience is so bad I no longer seek care at this provider for any reason. If your intake process is this bad what else is deficient?
