Very bad customer service. Not responsive. They do not have any kind contact option rather through whatsapp. Very Very unsatisfied and disappointed!!

This is a fake app with no business registration, and they refused to refund my money. I filed a complaint with the court. I advise against dealing with them.

AVOID Very bad experience. The app doesn't work correctly, and after you book and charge you, they never respond on the phone, I have been trying for a week and no answer. My case started with renting a car for a week with the option to deliver it to my home. They let me select my home address, and it was mentioned the delivery within 1 hour. After the money was paid in full, I received a message to collect the car from the branch in Riyadh city while I'm living in Jeddah. This was insane.
