Very bad customer service. Not responsive. They do not have any kind contact option rather through whatsapp. Very Very unsatisfied and disappointed!!

Worst customer service experience, they don't want to process a full refund and the mistake is not mine, they couldn't meet the agreement clauses. Edited: I have contacted the customer service WhatsApp but all I got was this is the policy with no reasonable understanding of the situation nor having the courtesy of calling. Saying calling is again policy.

This is a fake app with no business registration, and they refused to refund my money. I filed a complaint with the court. I advise against dealing with them.
