Ratings and reviews

At first the app glitched so much, I hated it. It has gotten slightly better but, using my laptop and phone are totally different experiences. I can see all photos on the laptop but can't see them on the phone. Now they updated the app to where I can't see the message history anymore. Which is really irritating. Also, customer service is horrible. I no longer use the last name they have on my profile, and they refuse to change it. I sent in my photo ID, front and back with no luck.

Just updated the app, it wouldn't let me use the app until I did, and now it freezing in the middle of the message. Says it's not responding and shuts down! Everything it does it you must rewrite the text but yet again it freezes up. I hate the updated version. Horrible experience. Fix this asap please. I want to be able to write my loved ones without having to go through the frustrating process.

Absolute garbage. Go figure cuz there's not another option. As soon as it starts acting decent they go and update it so it messes up constantly again. Today alone I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 8 times and it's still not working properly. I've typed the same message 6 times now and still have not been able to send it. It freezes up constantly and once ur messages hits a certain length u have to stop typing every couple words and wait for half a minute or more
