Useless version of webpage. Used to be handy for getting messages from your doctors and test results, etc, but now the app won't open any of those. Just gives an error message every time. You have to go to the website to get anything. No point bothering until and unless they fix it. ETA: Yeah, uninstall/reinstall and it's still giving me the same errors that it has been for weeks. I can only access my medical information from a laptop.

The app is helpful but could be better. We need an easy way to sort and delete messages in bulk & mark unread messages as read. I have hunreds and need to go through each one to delete them. It's quite annoying. Also, we have to go back and forth thru many screens when looking at test results rather than being able to just look at your next result. Too much back and forth when it can be more efficient. Lags too much switching in between screens or freezes. Many times, I need to reboot the app.

App worked great for a long time but now there are constant "system errors" and the majority of the features do not work. I can't look at anything beyond the dashboard/home page. No messages, no appointment details, no test results. it says "system error" and turns up blank. the app is practically useless. please fix the bugs! This has been going on for several months.
