Useless version of webpage. Used to be handy for getting messages from your doctors and test results, etc, but now the app won't open any of those. Just gives an error message every time. You have to go to the website to get anything. No point bothering until and unless they fix it. ETA: Yeah, uninstall/reinstall and it's still giving me the same errors that it has been for weeks. I can only access my medical information from a laptop. ETA 3-4-26: Still completely useless. Don't bother.

This app is USELESS! Cannot access anything on the app. you get notifications that there are messages, etc but you can't access them on the app. I keep getting an error. I can only get this info by logging in on a computer. I thought the point of the app was to not have to always login via a computer. This is very frustrating! Why have an app that does not work?!

This app is usually really easy to navigate. Appointments and test results are accessible, and normally finding things is easy. However, lately the app has been close to being unusable. Anytime you tap on something, you get an error message like "can't open [xxxx] now, please alert system administrator." Usually you have to back out and start over, but then it will happen on the next thing you tap. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
