Useless version of webpage. Used to be handy for getting messages from your doctors and test results, etc, but now the app won't open any of those. Just gives an error message every time. You have to go to the website to get anything. No point bothering until and unless they fix it. ETA: Yeah, uninstall/reinstall and it's still giving me the same errors that it has been for weeks. I can only access my medical information from a laptop. ETA 3-4-26: Still completely useless. Don't bother.

the app is PAINFULLY slow. pages take so long to load that eventually you just give up. it's been like this for a while. it's easier to just use the website or call. the app is useless more often than not because most times it just keeps spinning. uninstalling and reinstalling the app does nothing. stop suggesting that and just fix it. it's clear it's been this way for a while.

I can log in, but when I try to access anything within the app, like appointments, messages, or records, I get an error message. "Timed out" is a common error message I get, though sometimes the page will open with nothing populated in it. Editing to respond to the UPMC team: I tried it. It didn't work.
