Extremely disappointed with this service. It is completely a waste of money and time. I trusted this platform and purchased paid membership twice, but there was absolutely no benefit. Most profiles are inactive, not serious, or do not respond at all.I regret spending my hard-earned money here. I strongly advise others not to depend on this platform blindly. Think carefully before investing your money. Not recommended at all

I purchased Prime Gold Membership because your team clearly promised a 21 days money-back guarantee. However, when I requested a refund within the eligible period, it was denied. Most of the profiles are incomplete, very few new profiles are available, and the one mobile number I contacted was not even working. The paid service did not provide quality matches. Very disappointed with the service and refund policy. Please honor your commitment to customers.

Worst experience.I didn't activate any auto renewal but 5,522 rs was debited from my account without any prior information or intimation.I talk to customer care and send mail to helpdesk so many times but no result. They charged so much money but service is worst.
