I purchased a plan, but most profile photos are still not visible. Without seeing a photo, it’s impossible to send a request or check compatibility. The app should make it mandatory for every user to upload a photo before activating their profile. When I contacted customer care, they told me I must upgrade again just to view photos. Why should I pay extra after already buying a plan? This feels unfair and like a tactic to push users into higher plans. Very disappointed with this experience.

Once if your request is declined you cannot even view that profiles number or send message even if your a paid member, what kind of feature is this. I mean if a profile declines our intrest by mistake once you don't have any chance of contacting them further. Rubbish app.

many fake profiles even after having premium membership. I am reporting them. But if people who can't identify can have huge loss. we are losing the limited number of views on the profiles.
