Edited review: Useless app.!! The longer I have it, the more I hate it. The app does not communicate well with the keypad. It shows armed when it's not, and unarmed when it is armed. It pretty much sucks like everyone else says. I can't understand why someone would produce such a crappy product and not fix it. Every update is worse than before. It forgets your password and the fingerprint sign in doesn't always work. Give it negative 5 stars!!!

The app does not work properly. If you can fix it, I will update my rating. It will not give an accurate status (armed/ disarmed), nor can I change the status from the app. The app is useless. I've been giving it a chance for more than 5 years.

The app doesn't allow fingerprint anymore. How do I re-enable? Keeps forgetting to remember password too. Haven't had too many issues once it logs in.
