Recently, I was invited to participate in Project True Face. Following the onboarding instructions, I successfully reset my password via the platform. However, when I try to log in to the mobile app using my registered email address, I receive the following error message: "you're not authorized to access this resource".

I participated in the face Deduplication Project, and completed the project. I have not since received any news on payment or anything. I tries reaching out to support but got no response.

This is a scam. spending hour wrestling with a broken portal only to be met with dead ends feels like a complete waste of time.
