Using Tendercuts service for the past 5 years with active elite subscription. I had purchased a new smartphone and trying to register Tendercuts app with my mobile number but not receiving OTP through SMS or by call for me to register for Tendercuts app. Useless service. Tendercuts app not triggering OTP. Please attend the issue.

I felt everything was fine for so many years until one order wasn't delivered, but the app shows as delivered. I contacted customer service via chat (for the first and last time) to report this issue and was told that the "parcel was left outside". Lousy service attitude. And they expected me to keep looking! Unbelievable!

Tender cuts please add hdfc bank and google pay in your payment options. It's really upsetting every time I go to order i have to cancel it because of the limited payment options
