Ratings and reviews

Very poor. They never deliver at the promised time. Plus any refunds are in their own wallet which essentially means that you have to use them again even if you don't want to as there r better options in the market. My entire dinner plan went for a toss because they took more than 4 hours to deliver my order. Then add the cooking time to it. Plus half of their items are always out of stock. My bad should have gone with Licious

Last two months, most of the items not available. Today almost nothing is available. Once they cancelled the order after scheduled time. Unfortunately I paid subscription and my money is wasted. More fat and bones also common nowadays. Looks like they closed the store after taking the subscription money. Wow. Didn't even bother to notify.

Very bad service. I bought Elite membership thinking that they provide good service. After we order something by completing the payment, they will modify the order based on the item(s) availability but if we request to modify order, they say it's not possible. If you need it cancel the order and reorder accordingly. I am very disappointed with such reply. They change order if they have problem but not when the customer requests. So, I don't recommend this app. Thank you.
