scan option is awful it is great to be able to check your ticket numbers, but the scanner is too quick and never reads the barcode on the first try. takes about 5 times of holding your phone just right, your ticket in the right place on the table, crossing your feet, legs, fingers, arms and eyes, and maybe it will read it for you.

I will update my stars when I can see activity and get the points for my tickets. You will get 5 stars when you make it easier to enter tickets, I can see my history, and use the scanner that was on the other app. This one flat out sucks. It always has, taking multiple times to get it scan correctly. The other app scanned perfectly. Please fix! It would also be nice to see how many points you got for each ticket as you scan them. You should have enough money from my losing tickets to fix!

This new app.is horrible! When I scan my instant tickets, it will tell you it was successful and to check my activities. When I go into my activities it shows 0 activities.I know I am not getting credited for all the tickets I have scanned.They do not show up anywhere, so I cannot check to verify. I do not have the points I should have been credited for. I wish this issue would be corrected. The previous app was never a problem. Thank you!
