literally non-functional, every time I download the app, it pops up with an error saying that the version of the app is out of date and needs to be updated. clicking the button labeled "update" redirects the user to the app store page and for some reason there is no update option. deleting and redownloading the app doesn't change this.

FIX YOUR APP! I have the mobile app and I cannot setup fingerprint or pin. Fingerprint has no place to save and the pin wants me to login. Problem with that? I cannot put my email address in, I can put in the password but not the user name. Password manager doesnt work on it either, thus I have to have both open to get my password in as it is a generated one from Google. Sigh

The app is fine. TEP's payment policy and options are stuck in the 1900's. They are the only utility provider that I utilize that requires a bank account and routing number for auto payments, and the only one that routes you through a 3rd party to make payments via credit/debit for an additional fee. TEP is in dire need of some updates with their payment policy and options. It's time to join the rest of us in 2023.
