Update: Spendr's customer service got back to me but email in a hour. They were working on the problem already, and addressed my inconvenience with the issue. They'll also reach back out when it's resolved. I can't remove my account that was previously used because it says still processing transactions (haven't used in two weeks but that was also how long it took to actually take the money out of my account) and when I readded the amount with the plaid connection I can't use it just loops.

I absolutely love the spendr app! I started using it almost as soon as my dispensary Strawberry fields started advertising it & have been using it for a few months now. I always felt it to be such a hassle for me personally to have to make sure I stopped at an atm to get cash before going to the dispensary. Now I have the convenience of a few clicks on my phone screen and a quick transfer from my bank to Spendr. AWSOME! Then the rewards offers on top of convenience makes my life so much easier.

great people. at first there was a misunderstanding as to why there was an inactive $5 monthly fee after so many months of no use, so I am very pleased they quickly read my email of concern, and went above and beyond by placing the money back into my account, despite them not being legally obligated to do so with their new terms and agreement. I am very happy and kindly thank you and your managers for greenlighting your customer for a return!
