Mandatory Identity Verification for All Users

The process is simple yet rigorous, as the security of our users is a top priority. To ensure a safe experience for everyone, each user must provide a valid government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm their identity.

Reasonable Payment for Long Stays

To avoid travelers having to pay for an entire long stay upfront, Terral, Inc. offers a deferred payment system for bookings of 60 days or more.

The traveler makes an initial payment covering 30 days at the time of booking and then continues with monthly payments at no extra cost.

The host receives an initial payment covering 30 days the day after the start of the stay and then receives payments every 30 days.

Monthly Payment Period*: 1st to 10th after the end of each month.

The 2nd payment*: Regardless of the arrival date, it must be made within the first 10 days of the following month.

Smart Service Fees for Owners

Unlike traditional platforms that apply a single, flat fee to all types of owners and in all situations, Terral, Inc. offers a smart service fee model.

Based on Owner - The CSS (Follow-Up Service Fee)

Regular Owner: 9% is deducted from the payout

Irregular Owner: 12% is deducted from the payout

Payout*: The displayed price less a CSS of 9% or 12% and the transfer fee

Based on the Situation - The CSU (Emergency Service Fee)

No cancellation or cancellation without dispute: The CSS normally applies

Cancellation with dispute: The CSU, amounting to $130, replaces the CSS.

The CSU* is the responsibility of the party deemed liable (the traveler or the owner).

Good accommodation equals good owner

At Terral, Inc., ratings are based directly on the performance of the listing, not the owner.

HotList*: Listings with a minimum of 4 stars and a number of positive reviews equal to or greater than 4 times the number of negative reviews.
