I've used this app for a few years and found it really good, simple to use, good functionality and quick login. However, I have just bought a new phone (Huawei P8 Lite 2017) and the app takes a minute or two between each page when logging in, etc. so is pretty painful to use. I don't know if it is because this phone has an unusual chipset (Kirin 625 I think). I'm not sure what else would cause this issue. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Guys I cannot make payments to my account using this app. It's fine on the desktop ?,? I bank with RBS so the same company effectively. I get the verified with visa screen up bit it remains blank . Also a lack of any help info means people use the rating to get assistance. In all other respects it does what it should
Awful app. Never recognises my password and I always have to go to the website to update and amend. I've only been able to access my account twice via the app. The mobile app is just as bad. Tesco, you need to get your finger out and sort your apps
App is normally very good for what I use it for, I haven't been able to view my statement for over a month now though. Response to question: The app appears to be working again now, potentially after an update. I did not notice if this occurred or not though
App is a little clunky, and very slow to start, but generally works as expected. For some reason they still don't support android pay, which is ridiculous
Absolutely useless. It won't even let me go past the start up screen. It either stops at the second screen sometimes or stops at the accept terms screen. Press accept terms but still won't move
