Genuinely surprised. Clear and concise. The monthly statement and annual statement page is spot on too. Couldn't find a 'quick summary' of Clubcard Points earned which would be useful. Not sure about the fingerprint feature (on any app). Wouldn't want to find myself in a 'mugging' scenario with fingerprint setup. Even without using it, the mugger won't know that to begin with. Don't like the idea at all. We're not in Langley House!!
A really great app. I haven't had a singe problem over the many years I've been using it. It has much more features and tools than many other banks offer. Finger print scanner is a godsend! Well done. Now don't muck it up!
Does what it needs to do but sort the bloody fingerprint access will you, it constantly switches itself off which makes me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry...
new update has fixed nothing. Still all the same old problems. Still complete sh*t. Useless. Since update all the app ever does is lock me out of my account. It keeps saying I am entering the wrong password. Called customer services and he knows about it apparently. Whoever is sat in the dark broom cupboard dealing with this app better turn the light on and start doing something about fixing this farce. For weeks I have not been able to use my phone to log in. Jokers
One of the better banking apps, and nice that they have fingerprint login, but it keeps forgetting that fingerprint is enabled and you have to log in with pass code. This defeats the point of fingerprint login, it should make things quick and easy, instead it adds frustration. Please fix this.
Every time it updates it resets everything and have to set it up all over again and then manually reinstate fingerprint access. Actual pain in the arse as they update it all the time just for fun seemingly as never any necessary or useful changes. Please leave the app alone and don't force a reset of login data EVERY single update. You may say it's all for our security and safety but at the end of the day there's more chance of our contactless cards been cloned than someone accessing our mobile banking and reading our balance as what else can they do? Is your app so unsafe you can't trust yourselves.
Our new release includes the removal of the security image and phrase shown in the login and registration process to make things simpler. Over time we've made numerous updates and enhancements to our security processes and the security image and phrase is no longer necessary.
We have changed the menu layout and reordered our features to make it easier to get to our most commonly used features.
We’ve also included some general bug fixes and performance improvements to help keep things running.
