I continue to have intermittent problems making mobile deposits. The app will regularly get stuck in the middle of taking an image of the back of the check and then will not proceed to make the deposit or do anything else. Sometimes after force stopping the app and/or restarting my device it will work, or sometimes just trying it again will work, but sometimes none of those will help and there is no discernible pattern in terms of which of those things seems to be making any difference if any.

This app works for me. Sometimes I have issues with it, but it's usually something I've done wrong. It is simple and easy to use. I If I have a problem, I can call and talk to a real person, probably even someone I know and have dealt with in the past. Small town banking is where it is at!!!!

It's a simple app based secure way for me to monitor my banking. it could be better and have more bells and whistles but what it does do it does rather well and simply. That being said, all in all its a great app for what it is.
