The app is pretty nice as far as illustrating the food. It does have a shortcoming in that if you reorder a previous order, you cannot add new items to the previous order. So you either need to start with a fresh order or want exactly what you had before. For example, if my previous order was pad thai, I could not add dumplings.

The add ons for orders is just stupid. You're charging 75 cents to a dollar for like 5 pieces of zucchini. 1) 75 cents for any add on is just absurdly overpriced. 2) if you're going to charge that much, at least put a normal amount. It's a total scam. 3) I know this isn't just a one time thing. It's like this every time I order. 4) maybe if you didn't charge so much for add ons, I would actually leave a tip on the app like you just assume at first that I'm going to do.

It's a nice app experience except when you go to check out. It asks for a tip and the twenty percent box is preselected for you. This in my opinion is a crock of s. How many unsuspecting app users have gotten taken for an additional 3 or $4? By quickly hitting order send. I don't mind tipping but only when I choose to not when i'm tricked into doing so.
