The app needs significant improvement. The option to re-order from your recent history results in being told something went wrong. Though you can order the same from scratch, defeating the point of re-order from history. The points redemption doesn't work. Choosing an option to redeem results in being told the points couldn't be applied. The mandatory choice of extra scoop or choose "no extra scoop" is annoying. The right way should be to skip it altogether if choosing none.

App hasn't worked even a single time for me, so I'm locked out of any rewards/redeems. On top of that, the requirement to attach a card to your account to access certain rewards is the number 1 reason why this app gets a 1 star rating from me. Sometimes I'd like to redeem something and use CASH for the purchase, ya know.

it works to collect points but any time I go to use in store they can't sue the points. the barcode never works. it can be my points I've earned or emails they sent for 5 dollars off never works. and only once did a manager bother to honor it.
