Ratings and reviews

The app is literally broken and does not work and hasn't since I downloaded it a month ago. Every time I get to cart or try to check out it says "Uh oh! Error validating basket"

Trying to place an order has been a nightmare. Magic links keep failing, my free fries were erroneously unavailable, navigation is unclear and it took me 20 minutes to place my order. If one more thing had gone wrong I would have just gotten food from somewhere else. In short, this app almost cost you a customer.

wonderful , quick, friendly service! always on time, with a smile! very much appreciated in a city / locale where personnel/employees definitely are NOT hurrying to do anything, much less fill an order... the MELT rocks!
