Ratings and reviews

I gave 3 points because there are things I don't like about the app. 1. In the list of sync at home feature there are just a few movies that can be listened in Spanish and it should be any movies, all movies that could be listened in Spanish. 2. In the movie theatres when I synchronize the movie, it takes so many minutes to do it, so before it's synchronized to listen the movie in Spanish I lost minutes of the movie. 3. Sometimes in the theatre the movie It's not in the list

In the theater, it works great, but when you are browsing the app to choose a movie, the app activates the Bluetooth headphones and it keeps notifying you every 15-20 minutes with no way to turn it off. Even deleting the app doesn't work. I had to write to customer service to resolve the issue and, as far as I know, it fixed itself because I never heard from customer service. The very next time I enter the app, it happens again. It's quite annoying.

This is a great app! I downloaded it for my spouse who only speaks Spanish. We used the app 3 times and all 3 times the app worked perfectly! It's best to download the movie at home. Make sure to choose the correct movie theater and time. Once at the movie theater, press play when the movie starts playing (not during the trailers). Also, if you have any issues with the app, you can contact the support team at their email. I've contacted them 2 times and they always respond back quickly.
