Ratings and reviews

The app is slow. If a verification code by text is required, often the text is not received and numerous "resend code(s)" are required before a text is received. You cannot do a "one time" edit on bill pay. You cannot download monthly statements from the app or the website. Compared to the "old" app, this is a piece of junk!

I must say this is the best bank I have ever used! I like the fact that when you make a deposit online or through the app your funds are available immediately. As a former contractor, this was a huge plus for me in continuing my relationship with this bank. Well I am still getting used to the new app they just issued, I am still highly impressed with the services and ease of use this bank offers versus the big banks. With this bank I have always been recognized and felt like an individual.

It's okay. But even customer service couldn't get my account to use Zelle. I was on the phone for over a half hour, but my app works but engage or something, and I ended up transferring money through PayPal. The Bank of Elk River and Zelle do not have a working relationship in my app. So, I give this app a fair rating. Because you just get the basics, nothing more
