I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years, but this time the experience was nothing short of terrible. The customer support is among the worst I’ve encountered—information provided before ordering can be changed at their convenience, with delivery delays brushed off using blame-filled excuses. The app doesn’t update order status, forcing us to rely on WhatsApp or virtual agent support, which only adds to the frustration. Even the support number is useless, offering nothing but automated mess

The delivery experience was very disappointing. They never deliver products on time the order keeps getting delayed day by day. I ordered a few T-shirts from The Bear House, applied a coupon, and was happy with the price… but the delivery is extremely slow. The excitement of ordering something completely goes away when you have to wait this long.

Placed order on 29 Nov. App shows fake “delivery attempted” updates even though no one came, no call, no message. Customer support keeps repeating “wait 2–3 days” like a script. One full week passed with zero delivery. Email support gives random excuses like “Indigo issue.” Worst part: there is NO cancel option in the app. Asked to wait for 3 failed attempts. Money stuck, time wasted, total mental harassment. Pathetic, irresponsible service. Never ordering again. Avoid this app at all costs.😡🤦
