About this app

The Bear House creates fashion for curious men. It was born with a simple idea: to make a fine shirt which men could wear to work, roll-up their sleeves after and head out straight to a party. Being curious, we’re always searching for better materials, design innovations, analyzing your needs and expanding style options for your wardrobe. Starting with men’s shirts in 2017, we have already expanded our playbook to tees, polos, denims, boxers & other categories.

exchange experience is bad, it is not available in app and for exchange you need to choose either the same product or a different product, you don't get the money in the wallet etc. also the images shown in app and actual products are very different. I purchase a few products in sale and after sizing and look issue I need to pay more for exchange.

Extremely disappointed. The items that I have wish listed, are either out of stock, or the required size is never available. And you don't even care to restock the items. If a particular item is never going to be in stock, better remove it. Why are you even running the app. Also, a guy from their team asked me to remove this review, which I'm not gonna do because they can't guarantee the fastest resolution. But I'm happily uninstalling this app.

I have been unable to redeem my reward points due to a technical error in the app. This issue has been continuing for nearly 6 months despite repeated attempts to redeem the points. As a result, around 200 points have expired through no fault of mine. It is unfair to allow customers’ points to expire when redemption is prevented by the company’s own app error. Is this genuinely a technical issue, or is the company deliberately allowing customers’ points to expire? Please resolve the issue
