The Class is a music-driven somatic exercise method founded in 2011 by Taryn Toomey to regulate the nervous system and release stuck energy by moving the physical body.

Guided by our brilliant, extensively trained Teachers, each Class integrates a unique combination of movement, breath, music, and sound release to create physical, mental, and emotional openings. Challenging the physical state while nurturing the emotional with an emphasis on the mind-body connection—The Class is both an individual experience and a collective practice. Designed for all levels and types, The Class can be whatever you want, whenever you need, wherever you are. From playful and joyful to challenging and cathartic, every practice is your own.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Class by Taryn Toomey on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

Love the app but there has recently been a bug where, if you scroll, it opens the video you touched to scroll. This makes it very hard to navigate. Also wish there was an easy option to filter out the 'premium' classes. Now I constantly see videos I can not watch and can hardly scroll past them, whereas okay, im not paying full price, but am still paying 20 a month. This cheaper subscription was a great addition for me! Anyways the class is OUT OF THIS WORLD and I recommend!

Movement for the love of movement - so much more than a workout! The app is laid out nicely and works well. So grateful for The Class! Only downside to the app vs. watching from the computer is that you're not able to rewind (DVR) in the app, so for that reason I usually tune in from my laptop as I'm not always able to start right on time!

I like The Class in general but the app is shockingly bad. It lags all the time, videos randomly open even if I don't click on them, there are no options to connect to a screen so that I can follow the workout on my smart-tv... I find this very disappointing considering the price.
