Whether you are working out live or on-demand, Thee Little Bird offers a range of challenging but doable to help you on your healthy habit journey.

Thee Little Bird is free to download. Participation in the classes and ongoing use requires an active membership subscription. The membership will automatically renew at the applicable price and frequency unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. By completing your purchase, you certify that you are at least 18 year old and understand and agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Setting in iTunes after purchase. No cancellation or refund of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period. Canceling during an active subscription month will result in your account not be charged for the following month.
