Ratings and reviews

The app itself is okay, but I’m giving a low rating because the subscription experience is unnecessarily difficult. I can subscribe digitally online, but to cancel my digital-only subscription I’m required to call customer service during business hours. There should be an online cancellation option for an online subscription.

The sensitivity with which ads are opening while you attempt to scroll past make the app almost unsuable. It is difficult to read an article without unintentionally clicking on an ad link and being redirected outside of the app. I haven't been able to read a single article without this happenimg several times.

Has annoying bugs. Whenever you hit "more articles" the app stops unexpectedly and shuts down. You have to reopen the app and try again. Also, when reading articles, the font randomly changes from paragraph to paragraph. Overall, not a great app.
