You can begin your journey with an assessment that helps us understand you better. Discover a specialised mental health course based on your need. Each course has different tools designed to help you manage your sleep, and anger, tackle stress, overcome depression, beat anxiety, journal your thoughts, practice meditation and care for yourself, and feel calm.

To help you ease your stress, become mindful and instill happiness, Amaha gives you an improved experience based on CBT, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology principles. Keeping the InnerHour spirit alive, we can help you make feeling calm a habit with 500+ self care, mindfulness, and meditation activities - such as affirmations, guided journals and anxiety relief meditation audios.

Consistent goals, meditation, maintaining a journal, and similar healthy habits improve your mental health which lasts for a longer time. With the enhanced Amaha app, keep track of your journal, and align your schedule to sleep better. Such activities motivate you to improve daily, keep you calm, and reduce stress.

Easy-to-use trackers
Understanding your emotions and feelings is another essential part of your mental health and self care. Use the mood tracker to effectively mark your mood for each day and analyse it through a weekly mood chart. Ini aplikasinya bagus banget estetik,keren pokoknya bagus tapi aku cuman bisa kasih bintang empat soalnya aplikasinya bahasa inggris kalau yang gak bisa bahasa inggris belajar dulu kecuali mau traslet dulu tapi kalau traslet ribet kaya aku untung kakak aku bisa jadi gausah translet lagi,maap kalo bacaannya ada yang typo soalnya kebiasaan. Cukup cuman segini komen aku makasih yang udah baca ♥♥

Sebenarnya bagus, hanya saja tidak ada pilihan bahasa,saya perlu bahasa Indonesia .. aplikasi nya sangat bagus kekurangannya hanya itu saja, semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki dan ada pilihan bahasanya :) dan bisa membantu aku menyembuhkan penyakit axienty, doakan aku!!

Jujur menurut ku amaha ini lumayan membantu buat ku, krn bisa luapin emosi2 ku lewat jurnal,perasaan aku,dn juga membantu sedikit demi sedikit anxiety aku,knp aku kasih bintang 4?yap karena di aplikasi nya ga nyediain fitur bahasa,mimin coba di update terbaru nanti tambahin fitur bahasa nya, karena untuk sya yg belum terlalu lancar bahasa Inggris nya ada beberapa kata yg bingung,jdi harus translate wkwkwk,tp gapapa tetap bagus bangettt tampilan dalam juga lucuu,
