I still have not received a response from support (Okan Karasu - Private Banking Specialist) about my questions and it's been a few months. But when they asked me something about my account or transaction, I had to answer them quickly, otherwise they threatened to ban my account. Exchanging to/from crypto does not work in the app and web version have different features, high fees and there is a lot of bugs. Support is literally leaking your personal information via emails. Bad banking.

One of the worst Bank application. Never open an account with them. They'll steal you information and money. If they reject your KYC they'll not tell you the reason. Such a horrible experience.

The worst bank ever. customer service don't know English and also can't verified my address even if I show them my national ID with address. Vaste of time and money with them.
