I still have not received a response from support (Okan Karasu - Private Banking Specialist) about my questions and it's been a few months. But when they asked me something about my account or transaction, I had to answer them quickly, otherwise they threatened to ban my account. Exchanging to/from crypto does not work in the app and web version have different features, high fees and there is a lot of bugs. Support is literally leaking your personal information via emails. Bad banking.

This app is exactly same as another fishy app called Jeton. Probably run by the same company with different service. Onboarding process was easy. Major issue is most often they do not allow deposit less then 100 USD.!! Crypto deposit option doesn't work as always. Besides, binance deposit takes a higher fee. So, finally this service didn't help.
