App belongs in a bio digester along with all the other stuff that fell out the back of a male cow. Unable to add charge card. I have a "Shell Recharge" card, but I cannot add it to the app as the card number format is different to the format the app expects. I have been having to scan a QR code on the charging point to pay for the charging, but it looks like I am going to have to continue to do so. Absolute waste of time getting the charge card.

The App, service and customer experience is extremely poor. They sent me an invoice for October. I thought they were taking payments immediately after charging. I couldn't get hold of them on the phone. The bank declined payment because the details they sent me didn't match. I was told to use live chat on the APP which doesn't not exist. The only good thing is that the charge rate is reasonable compared to Zapmap . It gives me many options . Hope they will improve their customer service

I cannot update my creditcard, because the "confirm button" is interfering with "Google Home buttons" of Pixel 8 at the bottom of the screen. Shell need to fix this so they can charge my invoices. At the moment there are open invoices I want to be charged. I have asked this several times to Shell Recharge Service, without answer and or solutions.
