App belongs in a bio digester along with all the other stuff that fell out the back of a male cow. Unable to add charge card. I have a "Shell Recharge" card, but I cannot add it to the app as the card number format is different to the format the app expects. I have been having to scan a QR code on the charging point to pay for the charging, but it looks like I am going to have to continue to do so. Absolute waste of time getting the charge card.

The App, service and customer experience is extremely poor. They sent me an invoice for October. I thought they were taking payments immediately after charging. I couldn't get hold of them on the phone. The bank declined payment because the details they sent me didn't match. I was told to use live chat on the APP which doesn't not exist. The only good thing is that the charge rate is reasonable compared to Zapmap . It gives me many options . Hope they will improve their customer service

Terrible experience. The UX was very bad. Continue button was hidden under the Google pixel buttons. I had to order a physical card to be posted after a lengthy identification process, that other charging apps don't require. Eventually, after about 10mins on the side of the road trying to sort this, I realised I needed a physical card to use the charging point. Just gave up and couldn't charge. I will certainly be avoiding shell recharge in the future.
