Everything seemed to be going well, I was downloading games and earning points with relative ease trying to earn some extra cash for a vacation. I got enough points to cash out $200 for PayPal and put the request in. Gave my email as needed and was waiting to get my reward. The next day I checked the app and my remaining points balance was set to 0 and all of the game offers and my activity history disappeared. All except the history for my reward redemption. Contacted support, nothing.

I'll update this review if my issue is resolved. There was a reward of $10 in their points if you spent $5 in a game downloaded through them. I spent $5, and earned enough points with that included to redeem a gift card. The app then stopped showing any games, including the one I downloaded, in the app. Contacted customer support and they said my account was flagged for fraudulent activity, though I haven't, and they'd get back to me when it was confirmed or denied. Nothing yet.

It stopped logging my points and wouldn't allow me to contact support. I tried to make a new account to see if I could contact support that way, but had issues still. Ended up trying to delete my account twice out of frustration, and they wouldn't even delete my account. I unfortunately wasted hours on this game and as someone who can't work, the empty promise of earning money through playing games through their app has severely disappointed me.
