I had a big issue with a purchase made in error. An extremely helpful team on WhatsApp. The agent stayed with me until the problem was sorted. It took time messaging back and forth. The agent was so helpful and understanding and stayed until the issue was resolved and I was happy. I would like to thank him/her again for all the help provided. First-class customer care. I would highly recommend anyone using them.

App has constant issues. Never allows me to log in. Always says access denied. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, removed cache etc, yet customer services says there's no technological issue showing on their side. They provided me with a temporary password which only seemed to work via the website, but again won't work on the app. I've been having this issue for over 7 months without resolve. Don't recommend it.

Can't remember password, receive email saying reset password. Click link, get sent to log in screen, rinse and repeat. Dumb app
