Full of faults and error messages. Reinstalled the app, which opened the app, but when trying to open the rewards page I get constant error messages. I renewed my password as that seemed to be the issue to no avail. Thanks for contacting me after my last low star award, but your app is still rubbish.

The app will not accept my flight details. The flight does not even show up on its scheduled list of departures for the departure day.

waste of time. been getting a "we are having trouble signing you in for technical reasons" message for weeks. thats when you select the sign in option before you are asked for any details. have deleted and reinstalled a couple of times but no different not great when your trip to Heathrow is approaching
