Ratings and reviews

The over zealous security on the rewards part of this app is ridiculous. My banking app is easier to access ! Every time there's an update it logs me off, or randomly logs me out. It's such a trial trying to log back in, you can't copy and paste details as every time it clears the reset boxes. It takes ages to get back on again. It's an airport rewards app, not the crown Jewels !!!!

Not allowing log-in to Rewards account - says email is wrong and error occurred, but same credentials work OK on Web browser access, so there's an app fault.....

The feature that lets you add your itinerary is very nice. The alerts shown for the added flights (gate allocated, gate open, boarding started / closed) are very useful. Need to improve details for available shops: 1. Categorised into type, before / after security, etc. 2. Location with reference to Terminal / Concourse Gate. 3. Ability to search, sort and filter based on these. Option to order online for international travellers with a layover at LHR will be of great help.
