About this app

Physiobot turns your physiotherapy programme into a clear, daily plan, so you know exactly what to do each day, enabling you to log rehab exercises in seconds, and watch your recovery progress over time.

IMPORTANT: Physiobot requires an active subscription, set up on our website at app.thephysiobot.com. The app contains no in-app purchases. Create your account and choose a plan on the web, then sign in here and your programme syncs to your phone.

FOLLOW A GUIDED PROGRAMME
• Load a programme by scanning a QR code from our website, following a Physiobot programme link provided by your clinician or physiotherapist, or using the built-in physio symptom checker
• Almost 900 expert-designed rehabilitation programmes covering over 180 musculoskeletal injuries. All major body joints are covered (ankle, knee, hips, lower and upper back, neck, elbow, shoulder, and wrist)
• Phase-based progression that tracks your stage of recovery
• Guidance and video tutorials for every exercise

LOG SESSIONS IN A TAP
• Quick-complete an exercise, or record pain level, time and notes to refer back to or (optionally) pass onto your clinician
• Edit or delete anything logged today
• A once-a-day check-in for mood, pain and sleep

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• A smart insight feed covering pain trends, adherence, streaks, mood and sleep
• Pain trend, daily-sessions and adherence charts with a per-phase breakdown
• Export a clean progress report to share with your clinician (optional)

STAY ON TRACK
• Push notifications and customisable exercise reminders, at the times that suit you
• Recommended equipment for your programme
• Works offline, with dark mode and large-text options

PREMIUM (for clinicians and power users)
• Build fully custom programmes, or add your own exercises with video links, customising reps and sets for each along with tailored milestones for each client
• Edit any existing Physiobot programme - phases, exercises, reps, sets and frequency
• Share programmes by code, WhatsApp or email
• Store up to 30 programmes (vs 3 on Standard)
• Practitioner licences: distribute Physiobot Standard Licences to up to 25 clients and monitor their adherence (with their explicit consent)

• One account works across web and mobile
