My experience is becoming very crudy and with the fact that they feel as if they can pick and choose when they want to run my insurance because I have Medicaid. My last two prescriptions mailed out fine and they were covered with insurance. Even the January insurance switch went off without a hitch which was when I got my next set of prescriptions. I had to switch back to the previous provider and they covered that before the first switch. They said they were not contracted. Not true at all.

The first time it was The Pill Club it was good, was also good as Favor, however since switching back to The Pill Club it's gotten terrible. They didn't inform me I was up for renewal, and they removed the money for my consultation a month ago, but still no renewal. Customer service also really sucks now. I don't know what changed but I'm so disappointed after 3 years with them to now having nothing but problems with no solutions.

I downloaded this app with the promise of possibly being able to get cheaper birth control. I filled out the applications and sent in my insurance, the app and the site state it takes 1-2 days for a review but it has been a week. I have tried countless times to get into contact with someone and it hasn't happened. If you reach out via email or whatever it is through the app it states that replying may take up to a week....this app is a joke and the communication is an even bigger joke.
