Return policy and customer service is terrible. I reached out to ask for help on an item I ordered as I had a credit on my account but couldn't figure out how to apply it to my order. They never helped with the issue and charged me full price even though I had credit. They clearly don't care about their customers. Read the fine print! They don't do returns and only give store credit IF THEY THINK it's appropriate.

App is easy to use. Love the styles for both my daughter and myself. Great size range. My daughter is small and I'm XL. Fun group/community. Gave it a 4 cause of the return policy. I have bought several things on sale but they didn't fit. Can't return. It would be great if we could at least exchange for the correct size.

This store is Amazing!! Lots of options for all sizes and shapes.
