Since its creation in 2012 by the Baths of Allevard, the RespiRelax + application allows you to find peace and relaxation within minutes. The evolution that we propose today incorporates all the requests made by users since 2012.
They have been extensively worked and developed with Dr. David O'Hare International expert and author of several books on the subject including the famous "365 - guide cardiac coherence day after day" and "Losing weight through cardiac coherence ".

To continue the routine use of the application namely respiratory guide taking you to the heart coherence state through breathing 5 seconds / 5 seconds (5/5 or 6 complete cycles per minute) with the possibility to work effects energizing or relaxing (slight increase or reduction of inspiration or expiration phases).
To practice with eyes closed through the addition of a music that follows the rhythm 5/5. The original music was composed by Pascal kindly Gravante (1) (only in balance mode).

You can do this exercise, prevention, three times a day; before a stressful event (speaking in public, important decision, ...); when you feel stressed or irritable; before you sleep. In the latter case, it must begin with a session a few minutes at the rate 5/5 and then move to the rhythm 3/3 to activate sleep.
Make RespiRelax settings + depending on the number of complete breaths per minute (default 6) of the desired effect: balance, relaxation or dynamics and duration of exercise (not less than 3 minutes).
Launch the application RespiRelax + and synchronize your breathing on the bubble goes up (I breathe) and down (I breathe). The reverse is also possible (I inspired the descent and I breathe the rise) if you want to coordinate your exercise to the ascent and descent of the diaphragm.
