Booked a ride for 8am. At the pickup spot 5mins before 8am. The bus on the navigation isn't moving. I cancel the ride and order a new one. This time, the bus is rather close and is picking up someone else before me, which is fine. I wait a few minutes and suddenly the bus that was on its way to me has begun to take the freeway in the opposite direction, changing the route to a longer route three times in the process. This has happened more than once. I ask you to please fix your lack of service.

The app itself is fine, it's really the drivers. You get an estimated time of arrival once they pair you with a bus. My problem is that the estimated time of arrival would be for example 13 minutes easily turns into 40 minutes. Either because the driver doesn't move at all or they start making their way just to stop and sit at a spot for 30 minutes, like why did you not cancel if you weren't going to come??!?!?!!!!

the app doesn't work even when there's service. it shows that there are available rides and estimates the time, but once you go thru the full booking details it tells you there's actually no rides. meanwhile the buses are sitting there with no passengers and they cannot allow you to hop on without a reservation. very bizarre and broken system. I'd recommend the island switch to a hop on and off transit system and allow passengers on and off within a loop, using tap and pay.
